What's the best way to place and order?
The best way to order is do do so through our online store.  Order placement is completely secure and payment can be made by mastercard, visa, discover, american express or paypal.  Online ordering also allow us to keep an accurate account of in stock items.  If items aren't available, they won't show up on the site.

What's the turn around time on orders?
I try to get them out as fast as I can, but as this is a one-woman operation, it isn't always possible to do same-day shipping.  I ask that you allow 5 business days for order fulfillment.  Sometimes it'll go out sooner but I don't like making promises I can't keep.  You'll receive a shipment confirmation email when the order goes out.

Can I add to my order after the fact?
Unfortunately, no.  Our system is extremely secure, which is great in terms of protecting your information, but it won't allow us to override the authorized purchase, so we are not able to add on additional items to an already placed order.


What are the available options for shipping?
For details on shipping options, see our shipping page on this website.  When you place your order, the site will allow you to choose from the various options available to you and display the cost of shipping for each option.
