This popular workshop has now been released as a kit! This elaborately beaded necklace was inspired by an early 17th century Flemish chain in the permanent collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. Each flower is constructed using an innovative bezeling technique of combination stitching, creating elegant settings for Austrian crystal stones which are further enhanced with petals and Japanese charlotte surface embellishment. Connectors are constructed of circular components built using combination stitching. Kit contains all necessary beads, crystals, Austrian crystal pearls as well as needles necessary to complete construction. You will need to provide beading thread (6lb fire line recommended), which is not included in the kit. Step by step instructions detail every step of the construction process. Materials allow for a necklace up to 20 inch (11 flower component) necklace. All silver beads in this kit are platinum plated!
