Description   Paris, 2012. Fabulous antique nail head beads!  Found in Paris, although originally from Czech, these beads date to the turn of the 20th century and were used primarily for embellishments on garments and accessories.  These particular ones are 3mm metallic blue iris colored.  The hole goes straight across the middle, with a facetted dome on one side and a flat back on the other, making them particularly useful for bead embroidery or surface embellishment.  Package contains approximately 190 beads.
